Registration for the 5th Freediver Rally has started!

Fins and mask in hand, because it’s time to go deep! Dear Ladies, Women and Girls! We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for the 5th edition of the Freediver Rally. 12-13 July 2014, Lake Łęsk – Kulka, holiday resort Nemo.

For whom is the meeting? For all positively twisted women who love the endless blue of the sky and water, who are ready to delve both into themselves and into the refreshing Masurian waters, who are curious about their bodies and want to stop for a moment the thoughts galloping through their heads. To stop even for a moment, for the duration of one breath…

First-timers will fall straight under the caring wings of experienced instructor Agata, who for over 4 years has been introducing the world to freediving. With such a guide you will boldly set off to explore your hidden potential and confidently take your first freediving steps. Agata, with the help of Emilia Biala, will guide you from the basics of breathing and relaxation, through your first breath-holds – first on the grass, then in waist-deep water, and when you are ready – you will try a slightly deeper dive to discover what Agata loves most – the pleasure of diving to depth.

The advanced group will be led by Agnieszka Kalska, who came straight from Umberto Pelizzari with her instructor certification. Those of you who know this mermaid, know that it won’t be easy! ???? You can count on tips on swimming technique and pressure compensation practice, as well as a huge dose of the latest training news from the world’s freedivers. If you are planning to bring your mono fins to the rally, this will be a great opportunity to get expert knowledge from one of the best – and by far the best! in terms of technique – athlete in our country.

The Rally will also include dry classes, during which you will get in touch with your body and mind, feel the power of your breath and work on careful observation of your own thoughts and emotions. Emilia Biała, who holds all Polish swimming pool records in her hands, will take you on a journey entitled “Dive into yourself” on Sunday morning. You will learn about breathing as a tool for relaxation and deepening self-awareness. You will learn relaxation and breathing exercises with elements of pranayama, which are also good preparation for breath-hold diving. You will see how concentrating on the breath enables you to be “here and now”.

If that wasn’t enough for you, we have yet another solid portion of classes stimulating you to action and making your dreams come true.
