Freediving is a beautiful and extremely calming sport. It requires appropriate predispositions, a lot of time devoted to training and knowledge of one’s own body. If we master its secrets sufficiently, it can give us many wonderful moments spent underwater.

For those on the sidelines watching those who dive freely, it is something incredible and almost superhuman. For freedivers, on the other hand, it is simply an integral part of their lives, without which they would not be able to function normally.
