Third Freediver Rally 23-24 June 2012

We already know the details of the third edition of the Polish Freediver Rally. The event is addressed to all ladies in our country who would like to try their hand at this beautiful and calming sport of freediving.

The venue will be the Powidzkie Lake, near Giewartów. As the organisers themselves claim – “this place is extremely friendly to all mermaids”. Apart from Bluego, the rally is supported by the Pussy Project, 4Heroes and the Nemo24 Diving Centre.

For those ladies for whom participation in the rally will be a debut, theoretical and practical training has already been prepared, introducing the blue world of freediving. During the course, you will learn all the basic elements of breath-hold diving and techniques which will be useful to you underwater.

More experienced mermaids, will receive a two-day training under the guidance of advanced divers and instructors. Additionally, a workshop with Marta Niedźwiedzka, a technical diver and experienced life coach, is planned for Saturday evening. During this meeting, there will be talk about increasing awareness of one’s own body and one’s own needs, as well as about breaking the blockages that limit us.

Sunday morning will bring a moment of relaxation, during a meeting with yogini Aleksandra Kraszewska, who will show how to awaken your energy to spend the whole day actively.

If you think that this is already a lot of activities for 2 days, there is also a training in first aid on the water. This will be a workshop based on EFF materials and conducted by an experienced instructor in this field, Piotr Szefer.
