The next edition of the popular diving event Diving Talks Portugal 2023 will take place from October 6-8.

What are Diving Talks?

Diving Talks is an international diving event that takes place every year in Portugal. After successful editions in past years, the organizers have already announced this year’s conference and its date.

On the first weekend of October, crowds of divers will once again come to Portugal to participate in Diving Talks. After all, if you’re going to learn, you should learn from the best! And among the invited speakers we will once again see leading divers, researchers, and explorers from all over the world. During these three days, they will present their latest accomplishments and projects.

The organizers have announced that they expect 8 to 10 panels, talks, and debates that will cover the most exciting topics. So it should come as no surprise that they expect more than 300 participants from around the world and 25,000 online attendees.

Speakers

The speakers invited to give lectures at this year’s Diving Talks are authorities in their fields from all over the world. Although they represent very different fields, they have one thing in common – their love and passion for the underwater world. During the conference, they will share the most interesting issues of their work and accomplishments.

As announced by the organizers, individual panels will promote the best, most innovative content, the most recent developments, and discoveries in diving and underwater research. The whole event will be spiced up with exciting presentations and/or debates on the key topics.

Other highlights

This is, obviously, just a small glimpse of what we can expect at Diving Talks Portugal 2023 this fall. Like last year, there will also be several exhibitors coming to the venue, who will present, among other products, the latest products on the diving equipment market.

Attending the event will also be a great opportunity to get to know Portugal underwater. In the end, what would be the point of taking part in one of the largest diving events organized by sea and not diving? We will provide more detailed information soon!
