Wreck Festival – Richie Kohler already in Poland

Yesterday evening one of the main guests of the 3rd Wreck Festival in Lodz – Richie Kohler – flew to Poland. The famous deep-sea explorer was received by the organizers – Piotr Wytykowski and Roman Zajder. The gentlemen went for a small beer and a chat in a relaxed atmosphere.

This Saturday, 25 February, Richie will be presenting two of his themes at the festival: “In Pursuit of the Shadow”, concerning the investigation of the wreck of a German U-boat discovered off the coast of New Jersey, and “Titanic – Lost Remains”, a summary of the 2005 research expedition.

The men went on a sightseeing tour of Poland together. They will visit, among others, Krakow, Auschwitz and Wieliczka. As the organisers told us:

“Richie is a very cool guy and we are very happy to be able to show him a piece of Poland.”

We would like to remind everyone who has not bought tickets for the 3rd Wreck Festival in Lodz that they can do so via festival website.
