The training is aimed at anyone who wants to be more effective in direct aid situations. The ability to perform effective “first aid” is both legally and morally sanctioned, but also simply useful in everyday life. Training time approx. 4-5 hours. The training consists of theoretical and practical parts, e.g. working on a phantom with an AED defibrillator.

Scope of training:

-fainting, choking, collapse, wound care, fractures, resuscitation, AED (defibrillator) resuscitation, electrocution, burns, insect stings, drowning person.

This is a 5-hour training course in the basics, which will cover all the topics mentioned above. The training does not give any qualifications, it is only an introduction to further education. For more in-depth knowledge of the material, we recommend specialist courses conducted in the Polish Red Cross, WOPR and most good diving schools.

The training is free of charge and will take place on March 31 at the Martjack Extreme Sports Centre at 65 Płochocińska Street in Warsaw. Conducted by: Jacek Chojnacki, PSAI instructor, KPP rescuer and BLS/AED instructor.

Registration is open until 23 March, after which there will be a draw for participants. In case of great interest, it is planned to form two groups of 15 participants each!
