We have another portion of fresh news straight from Dahab, where Dariusz “Miodzio” Wilamowski is on the verge of setting a new depth record in technical diving. While the weather has been holding back the Polish team’s movements lately, guests have appeared in the camp of Project335 participants.

The last problems with unfavourable weather were overcome and Darek finally performed his last training dive, which was a general test before attempting to break the record. Everything went according to plan and now we have to wait for the day when the final approach to the depth of 335m will be made.

In the meantime, the Project335 camp was visited by none other than John Womack, owner of Otter, a company that provides diving suits for the entire mission. This is also not the first time John has supported interesting diving ventures. In the past, he has supported Mark Ellyatt’s record-breaking dive, Simon Townsend’s longest rebreather dive, expeditions to the wrecks of the Britannia, the Niagara, or the exploration of Pearse Resurgence in New Zealand by Richard Harris.

In addition to technical support in the form of dry suits, John Womack was also active as a member of the support group. The preparations for the final act of this exciting spectacle were watched by N Sport TV reporters.
