Record cleaning in Hurghada - 400 divers under water!

In one of the biggest resorts in Egypt – Hurghada, an interesting event will take place in a month and a half. A total of 400 divers will go under the water, who have set themselves the goal of cleaning up all kinds of rubbish and thus improving the condition of this popular diving location.

If everything goes according to plan, a new Guinness record will be set in addition to the worthy cause of the clean-up. The organiser and face of the whole event is Ahmed Gabr – the holder of the world record for the deepest open-circuit dive.

For decades, the Red Sea has been enjoying the charms of underwater tourists.
