The diving base at a popular body of water in the south of Poland is another place where, thanks to the activity of the Safe Water Association, rescue equipment in the form of a high-class Philips Frx defibrillator will appear.

Now divers visiting the flooded quarry will be able to feel even safer and, in the event of an accident, count on professional help and the best equipment. The purchase of the device was covered by funds raised by the SWA as part of the 1% personal income tax campaign for 2010.

This is also an appeal to our readers. Those of you who have not yet decided what to do with your 1% for 2011 can donate it to the SWA. Don’t let this money go to waste and fall into the hands of the tax authorities. All you need to do is to enter KRS number 0000319349 in the tax return field and the rest will be taken care of by the officials. The effort is small, the cost is negligible, and you can help build an infrastructure that will serve the entire diving community, often saving lives.

Safe Water Association, in the dams of its activities and funds raised from 1% tax, funds the project “Safe Hancza 1%”. You can find out more about SWA’s activities on their homepage.
