The manufacturer has announced that the latest software version for the Seacraft Future and Ghost scooters is now available.

Users of DPV Seacraft Future and Ghost scooters can now upgrade their units to the latest software version 4.0. The latest software introduces changes that will make using the scooters even easier and more enjoyable.

New operating mode Simplifies parameter setting of DPV units. Scooter triggers can now be used as menu controls in addition to the piezo gear buttons. Version 4.0 of the Seacraft software also brings several new and unique features.

These are two expert functions – Default Start and Bypass.

The Default start function allows you to define the gear that will be set when the scooter is switched on. A gear in the range 1-9 can be selected as the default setting. This will allow the DPV unit to start immediately when switched on with the main switch.

The Bypass function, on the other hand, is dedicated only to users whose lives may be at risk in the event of a scooter malfunction. When the electronics of the DPV Seacraft rudder handle are damaged, Bypass will allow the previously set gear to be activated after restarting. The manufacturer created the functionality with, among others, cave divers in mind, who have a long distance to travel to return from a dive.

You can read more about the latest software version for Seacraft scooters at the manufacturer’s official website.
