During the two-day conference the following issues will be discussed: cave diving, wreck diving, the use of CCR/SCR technology, decompression theory, the history of diving, diving accidents, sidemount, DPV diving equipment (scooters) and dive computers, professional diving, freediving, sport diving, as well as collecting photo and video material.

So far, the invited speakers have included such names as free diving legend from Austria – Herbert Nitsch, speleon diver Michael Waldbrenner, Brett B. Hemphill – winner of the exploration award at TEK Dive USA 2014. There will also be a Polish accent in the form of Krzysztof Starnawskie, who will discuss topics related to closed circuit cave diving. The full list of invited guests is available here.

Valuable prizes donated by exhibitors will also be drawn among all participants at next year’s Techmeeting. Top of the list is the Freedom Closed Circuit dive computer, Set Diver Max gas analyser, Agama dry suit, Sea Bear computer, XDeep Black computer, a stay on a luxury boat, BCD standard harnesses as well as SM setups, iqSub housing for GoPro cameras and many more.
