Halcyon Launches New Warehouse Center in Poland

Halcyon Manufacturing Opens European Headquarters and Order Fulfillment Center in Poland, Gdansk

Focusing on exceptional customer service and easy access to the company’s growing line of diving products, Halcyon Manufacturing is opening its European company headquarters and order fulfillment center in Gdansk.

The new European center and warehouse will fulfill orders for most of continental Europe, while also providing efficient warranty return, exchange, and repair services. Halcyon will continue to collaborate with long-time partners from Reel Diving in Sweden for distribution organizations in Poland, the UK, and Scandinavia, and is actively seeking sales representatives for markets across the European continent.

The Halcyon team will be led by the Global Brand Manager of Halcyon, Agnieszka Hrynkiewicz, who assumed this position at the end of 2023.

“We are excited to take this next step in the growth of our company and plan to work effectively to ensure all current and future Halcyon customers in Europe have the best experience with our premium products. Having a central operational base in Poland will allow better product availability and faster, direct customer service,” says Agnieszka Hrynkiewicz.

The facility, which is expected to be fully operational by the end of January, is shared with the company Fourth Element. Both companies are focusing their efforts on improving customer service and delivering premium products throughout Europe in a more efficient and accessible way. In addition, both companies are currently working with other industry partners to organize a group of sales representatives representing premium brands in Europe.
