The new European center and warehouse will fulfill orders for most of continental Europe, while also providing efficient warranty return, exchange, and repair services. Halcyon will continue to collaborate with long-time partners from Reel Diving in Sweden for distribution organizations in Poland, the UK, and Scandinavia, and is actively seeking sales representatives for markets across the European continent.

The Halcyon team will be led by the Global Brand Manager of Halcyon, Agnieszka Hrynkiewicz, who assumed this position at the end of 2023.

“We are excited to take this next step in the growth of our company and plan to work effectively to ensure all current and future Halcyon customers in Europe have the best experience with our premium products. Having a central operational base in Poland will allow better product availability and faster, direct customer service,” says Agnieszka Hrynkiewicz.

Halcyon CEO, Jarrod Jablonski, said:

“We are pleased to continue working with our Halcyon partners and sales representatives across Europe. This step is an important part of the new future of Halcyon Manufacturing, allowing us to be in closer contact with our partners and customers, while also ensuring easy availability of our products. This is especially important considering the many new and exciting products that will emerge in the Halcyon line in the coming year.”

The facility, which is expected to be fully operational by the end of January, is shared with the company Fourth Element. Both companies are focusing their efforts on improving customer service and delivering premium products throughout Europe in a more efficient and accessible way. In addition, both companies are currently working with other industry partners to organize a group of sales representatives representing premium brands in Europe.

As Jarrod Jablonski informs:

“The logistical cooperation with Fourth Element presents a unique opportunity to take advantage of natural synergies between our complementary brands while sharing some operational costs and maintaining separate, individual sales strategies of our brands.”

Halcyon is a renowned manufacturer of diving equipment that originated from a group of divers who knew exactly what they wanted but couldn’t find it in any dive shop. Their passion for diving led them to design and create equipment they would like to use themselves.

The founders, owners, and senior management of Halcyon have a long history as diving pioneers, with diverse backgrounds from science to production. Their offer includes a variety of diving equipment that is the result of their own experiences and the needs of the diving community. Halcyon has also become one of the first manufacturers of p-valves, demonstrating their innovation and striving for continuous improvement of diving equipment. They stand out among other manufacturers of diving equipment thanks to their emphasis on product testing and a long history of innovation.

This is also evident in their long-term partnership with GUE, an educational organization for divers, which also places high demands on equipment. In summary, Halcyon is a company that was born out of a passion for diving and the need to create equipment that meets the expectations of the most demanding divers. Their products are appreciated worldwide for their innovation, reliability, and durability.
