The UK-based manufacturer has unveiled its extraordinary underwater jetpack, the Cuda Jet, which is designed to provide an exceptional underwater experience.

We have reached times when futuristic designs and solutions are becoming a reality. The latest example is the Cuda Jet underwater jetpack, which is expected to provide a new quality for lovers of the underwater world.

The system includes a dual jet propulsion unit, which is connected to a padded neoprene vest that forms a harness. The unit is controlled by a remote control/console on a cable. It allows you to increase and decrease the speed, as well as monitor the charge level of the battery.

The maximum depth to which we can dive using the Cuda Jet jetpack is 40 meters (131 feet). The device allows us to reach a maximum underwater speed of 3 meters (10 feet) per second with a thrust of 40 kg (88 pounds). On the surface, the unit itself weighs 13.2 kg (29 pounds). To this we must add additional 1.5 to 1.7 kg (3.3 to 3.7 pounds) depending on the size of the vest.

The entire device is powered by a lithium-ion battery, which allows for 40 minutes of swimming. It takes 75 minutes to fully recharge the battery.

At this point, the availability of the units is not known yet, but the price for a complete set starts at £14,000 (about $18,021).
