The injured were efficiently dealt with by the emergency services who, after providing initial assistance, decided to hospitalise 5 of them. The cause was the shock of the explosion and minor wounds on the arm of one of the people. The other 7 were able to go home on their own after being examined by a doctor who was present at the scene.

The website deeperblue.com, citing eyewitnesses, reported that the incident took place at the stand of the Heinrichs Weikamp brand. Devices of this manufacturer are based on lithium-ion cells. The same type as the Samsung Galaxy Note 7, known for similar accidents.
