If you are looking for an underwater experience on holiday, but don’t necessarily fancy dressing up in full gear and diving underwater, there is an option! All fans of diving and the underwater world will certainly be pleasantly surprised and satisfied with what they will find in the offer of Red Sea Star Restaurant in Israel.

This unusual restaurant with an oceanic design is located in Eilat, on the Red Sea, and is situated 5 metres below the surface of the water, from which the interior is separated by thick plexiglass windows. This allows us to observe the underwater life of the local flora and fauna, which in this region is extremely lush and colourful.

Inside, everything is styled in an undersea atmosphere. From floors covered with sand, through chairs in the shape of jellyfish, walls imitating coral, starfish decorations on the ceiling composing with blue underwater lighting, to a pavilion of natural springs. The overall impression is one of great attention to detail and flowing composition.

As far as the dining experience is concerned, this is one of the typical establishments you will find in the area, but with its unique décor and location, it makes for a very pleasant dining experience. The only thing that might make you feel uncomfortable is the fact that when you order fish, your companions will look at you with hostility from behind the windows.
