A little over a month ago, we decided to introduce you to the Suunto D9 dive computer. What we didn’t know at the time was that it would soon be followed by an improved version of the D9TX.

Suunto D9, is the first all-in-one trimix computer enclosed in a small and elegant watch form. Finished with attention to detail and durability. Its envelope is made of titanium and is complemented by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. An optional titanium bracelet version is available.

Compared to its predecessor, the TX model has been enhanced with trimix and more accurate tilt compensation in the 3D compass. Despite its small size, its interior hides an advanced dive computer based on solutions from the very successful HelO² model.

Specification:

– full continuous decompression algorithm (Suunto Technical RGBM)

– ability to program and change up to 8 gases underwater (including primary and backup gases with instant switchover)

– helium and oxygen settings

– three operating modes: air, gas mixtures and depth gauge

– compatible with wireless cylinder pressure sensor

– built-in dive planner

– Detailed graphical logs and dive data for analysis on your computer in DM and Movescount. Dive planning with DivePlanner
