For this afternoon, we have a preview of the amazing film ‘The Invisible River’ for our readers. The production tells the story of cave diving in the mountains of northern Sweden.

The cave, in which the material was shot, is a very specific place. Due to the cramped conditions, exploration is only possible in a sidemount configuration. Bjurälven, the place where the film was shot, has been the destination of many exploration expeditions for years.

The divers captured on film are leading an exploration to draw up an accurate map of the tunnel system. With this knowledge, they will be able to learn the answer to the question of how the ‘invisible river’ affects life and nature above it, on the surface.
