Tecline V-Series automatics – New!

With the beginning of a new diving season, there is no shortage of new equipment on the market. An interesting proposal, certainly worth a closer look, has been prepared by a Polish manufacturer – Tecline. These are new Tecline V-Series regulators, dedicated both for single cylinder sets – V1 ICE, and for diving with two cylinders – V2 ICE.

Quality, simplicity and reliability. As the creators assure, the main objectives during the design of V-Series machines were to make them as simple as possible, offering high comfort and convenience of use, as well as ensuring the highest possible level of safety for users.

Among other things, the automatons have received the highest safety certificate EN 250: 2014 CE1463, confirming that they meet the strict norms and standards, during the conducted tests. The youngest child in the Polish manufacturer’s offer also has an interesting anti-freeze protection system, which may prove particularly useful in our waters. However, design issues and reliability are not everything.

Tecline V-Series are characterised by very low breathing resistance and high air output. This significantly affects our comfort during the dive, making breathing very natural and free. As a result, with every subsequent inhalation, we forget more and more that we are breathing through an automaton. We forget the feeling when we had to forcefully pull the next breath out of the cylinder, which was a common shortcoming of many older designs.

The workmanship of the automatics itself is also faultless. The creators did their best both in the subject of used materials and design solutions, which are to make diving easier, more comfortable and safer.

Regardless of whether we take under consideration a set with I-stage V1 ICE, dedicated to single cylinder, or V2 ICE, intended for twinset, we will immediately notice several details, tailored precisely for the needs of diving in this particular configuration.
