Sharkskin Chillproof is a new, very interesting material dedicated to water sports enthusiasts. It is windproof and has three layers, which in combination provide a very interesting alternative for people who like to spend their time actively in contact with water.

The first layer is the “microfleece” lining. It is closest to the body and is responsible for wicking away moisture and perspiration so that the body remains dry at all times.

The so-called “technical” middle layer is breathable, thus regulating body temperature and is 100% windproof. All this is to prevent the body from cooling down.

The elastic outer layer, on the other hand, is a combination of nylon and lycra. Stretchable in all directions, it provides full UV protection and features a durable water repellent (DWR) coating. It is also durable and abrasion resistant.

The three layers above together provide a protective coating that repels water and regulates body temperature. The overall has a neutral buoyancy, connected by flat seams. The anti-bacterial property of the material is an added bonus.
