Leading dive scooter manufacturer DPV has announced that it has stopped sales and support for all of its products to the Russian Federation.

The Polish manufacturer said in its latest newsletter that due to Russia’s attack on Ukraine it had to react. Therefore, as long as Russian troops are on Ukrainian territory, the company will not support or sell any Seacraft products on the territory of Russia.

It was supposed to be a regular technical information update, however facing the unprecedented events happening in Ukraine, we must react. As long as there are Russian forces on Ukraine, all support and purchasing possibilities of our equipment are ceased for Russia. Our thoughts are with our Ukrainian neighbors – hold on, and stay safe! wrote the Seacraft in newsletter.

Seacraft is the first diving company to stop sales and support for its products in Russia. Of course, this is a decision with a symbolic dimension and is intended to manifest support for Ukraine and opposition to Russia’s actions.
