SANTI purchased a stake in US-based Halcyon

SANTI sp. z o.o. has acquired shares in US diving company Halcyon Dive Systems to seal an alliance between the two companies that was announced two years ago, in April 2014. The binding business partnership should bring both Halcyon and SANTI the means to further develop their product offerings and thus create more added value for the customer.

Halcyon

Halcyon Dive Systems was founded in Florida, USA in 1996 and almost immediately became a leader and trend setter in top of the range technical and recreational diving equipment. For 20 years Halcyon has been producing the equipment necessary for some of the world’s most talented divers to explore parts of the underwater world where no one has ever gone before. Year after year, Halcyon has consistently launched new and innovative products giving divers of all levels the opportunity to explore and enjoy diving around the world.

SANTI

SANTI is a Polish company, founded 27 years ago in Gdynia and producing diving equipment since 2004 with a distribution structure in 17 countries worldwide and a thriving direct dealer network.
