The popular American diving brand has unveiled a new model of the second stage regulator S270.

TheScubapro S270, is a regulator that is said to be a step up from traditional entry level systems. The new II stage is dedicated to recreational divers who are looking for their first set of regulators or are looking for an interesting and reliable alternative.

Scubapro Vending Machine Colour Variants The S270 automatic is available in two dedicated kits. Scubapro experts thought it would make a great set with the first stages MK11 i MK2 EVO. According to the available information, the design of the new second stage focuses on reliability, low breathing resistance and low weight. This is why the body of the automaton is made of technopolymer plastic.

In combination with the metal thread, it not only helps to reduce the weight of the II stage, but also creates a surface that ice crystals cannot grab onto when diving in cold water. As a result, regulator systems based on the S270 II stage are CE certified to the latest European EN250A standards for all diving conditions, including extremely cold water.

The S270’s rugged, yet lightweight casing is also equipped with a special PU coating. It is scratch-resistant and will withstand years of intensive use. At the same time, it provides greater comfort and causes significantly less fatigue of the user’s jaw. This is complemented by the Hi-Flow mouthpiece made of FDA approved silicone.

It’s certainly worth pointing out that the two kits in which the new Grade II is sold are budget options. Affordable, durable and comfortable to use, so the ideal set of features for automatic diver. The manufacturer counts that just such a composition will find recognition in the eyes of recreational divers and diving centres and schools.

Kits equipped with the new Scubapro S270 II stage are one of many new products the manufacturer has announced for 2022.

Julia
My love for scuba diving started as a 12-year-old in the Canary Islands, at which time I took my first Open Water Diver course. This love for the blue turned into a huge passion that accompanies me to this day. Although blue is hard to come by in the Baltic, no conditions are terrible for me. In this sport, I find peace, patience, courage, focus, and balance. I have recently started to engage in underwater modeling and I am fulfilled with this.
