As informed by its website, Frederic Chopin Airport in Warsaw, in the near future travelers can expect some difficulties. This is due to communication problems in the capital.

LOT Polish Airlines is expecting major traffic disruptions on 27-28 May this year. Passengers wishing to use the airport services should plan their arrival well in advance.

As LOT assures, all scheduled flights on the aforementioned dates will take place as scheduled.

Traffic difficulties and partial closure of streets in the vicinity of the airport are expected due to the arrival in Warsaw of, among others, the US President Barack Obama.

The Public Transport Authority of Warsaw (ZTM) informs that on 27 May Żwirki i Wigury street will be completely closed to traffic from 14:00 to 19:00, and on 28 May between 13:00 and 16:00

Therefore, the airport authorities inform all those wishing to use the airport’s services on the aforementioned date to arrive in good time and to choose the best possible access route.
