Formoza Military Unit starts recruiting for the position of combat team operators among people who have not been previously connected with the army and uniformed services, outside the circle of MON and MSWiA and without military training. Everyone who feels up to the challenge is welcome to try their hand and join the elite.

A person can become a soldier of the Formosa Military Unit if he/she is a Polish citizen, has good repute (no criminal record) and satisfactorily completes the selection/qualification process. Recruitment is divided into selection and qualification, depending on the expected post.

Selection is aimed at selecting candidates for the positions of combat team operators. Qualification, in turn, is aimed at selecting candidates for positions in the unit’s security cells.

Those of you who are thinking of taking up the challenge should first of all remember that you are trying to get into the elite. There is no room for lapses or mistakes. This applies to each and every stage. From correct and careful filling in of the questionnaire, to fitness and psychological tests. The desire to serve among the best soldiers must be a conscious and deliberate choice, and each candidate must have above-average skills and endurance.

The next recruitment for the Formosa Military Unit will start in 2020.
