Fundamentals of technical diving

As humans, constant development is inscribed in our nature. Continuous self-improvement and development of our skills results from the need for constant exploration of our own limitations and what is unknown to man.

It is no different in diving. Going through successive courses and trainings, finally comes to a point where fun ends and serious training and complicated dives begin. A lot will depend on our skills, so it is worth preparing the ground for the first technical dives.

In the almost 20 minute long video above, you will see a demonstration of many of the skills and manoeuvres that every technical diver should know. Even if you are far from the final frontier of recreational diving, you can always try to repeat the elements seen in the video as part of your self-improvement.

Developing the right habits and reflexes will make it easier later on to learn all these things during technical diving courses. Remember, however, to conduct your training in safe conditions and with the assistance of another diver, so that possible failure will not have serious consequences.
