According to local media, at the weekend there was another tragedy involving a diver. This time, a 43-year-old diver drowned in one of the most popular diving sites in Poland – Lake Hancza.

The incident occurred while the 43-year-old was diving with his 18-year-old son. No details are available about the accident itself. According to laconic reports, the 18-year-old managed to surface, where he was found to have nose and ear bleeding. The victim was immediately transported to hospital.

Unfortunately, not so lucky was his 43-year-old father, who drowned as a result of the incident. His body was retrieved from the lake by uniformed services.

Now the whole situation will be investigated by the Suwałki Department of Forensic Medicine, which will try to determine the causes of the fatal accident.
