We have heard about an unpleasant incident that took place in Warsaw in one of the local diving shops. Taking advantage of a moment of inattention, the person in the picture took the measuring equipment in the form of a computer and digital camera from the display case.

The whole situation took place in the premises of the Warsaw centre Dive Project. Here is how a person connected with the company describes the matter on one of the forums:

“Today around 2pm a ‘customer’ entered our centre and during a momentary commotion stole from a display case:

-digital black on stripe serial number 1206050102217

– mares puck wrist computer (older version with one small button) serial number 03681

Despite being chased around the estate he unfortunately escaped. I think it was not a diver, Xeo was lying next to him. The matter has been reported to the police. If any of you have heard of a bargain sale please let me know.”

We join the request for help in identifying the perpetrator and appeal for increased vigilance. The season can be really crowded, and this is an ideal opportunity for potential thieves.
