It has been known for a long time that in diving equipment reliability and solid workmanship counts first. But this does not change the fact that a good product can (or should) also look good. This is what the designers at Atomic Aquatics assume. We now have yet another eye-catching product in our hands: the Venom mask.
This is another product which had its premiere at the most important diving fair in the world – DEMA 2011. Since then, it has been gaining more and more popularity among divers, and thus also dive shops.
“It’s amazing! The initial orders were quite large, but that didn’t really surprise us, what impressed us the most was the subsequent orders from the same shops. Our representatives have quite a problem to keep this product in stock! We are obviously hoping that this trend will continue for as long as possible”-said Dean Garraffa, representative of Atomic Aquatics
The Venom mask looks a bit like a compilation of two previous models of the brand – Framless and SubFrame and is based on the ideas proven in them. What distinguishes the new model, however, are the unique lenses – Superwite Schott Ultra Clear. It is the highest quality type of lenses available in diving masks.
“Our design team, working directly with Schott’s manufacturing facility in Germany on the glass and frame combination, so as to achieve the best possible results. The result is an extremely clear, clean and highly durable combination that fits perfectly into our product range”-added Garraffa
Several years of research by the company has resulted in the creation of a model to suit users with widely varying facial features and sizes. High-quality silicone is used to ensure tightness and comfort. The strap adjustment system, on the other hand, allows you to easily adjust or release the tension with a single movement. To show confidence in their product, the manufacturer offers a lifetime warranty, covering any damage to the frame. Thanks to its design, Venom provides a wide field of vision.
The mask is available in 3 colour variants: red, blue and black, so that in combination with the fins and snorkel of the same company, it will create a good-looking set.
The price fluctuates around $199.
