While everyone is waiting for the weather to change so that Dariusz Wilamowski can make his seventh and final training dive below 200m, the rest of the team is focusing on the tasks at hand.

Robert Kalchert has started preparing the gases. Their total amount is expected to be around 160tys. litres. They will be placed in 2 two-cylinder sets and 43 type cylinders stage for Darek, plus a few more for the needs of the support.

A boat anchoring test was also carried out. 4 anchors were used to create a position, fulfilling the needs, for this type of dive, from which 2 positions were created. Each anchor is a concrete casting weighing approximately 200kg. In addition, two ropes of 600m length each were used. The bottom, where the record attempt will take place, is set at a level of 350-360m.

We are only days away from the dive that the whole community is eagerly anticipating. Despite the excitement, the plan is being carried out without any obstacles. The last elements of the preparations are being completed and the day of the grand finale is inexorably approaching. Latest news You will always find more information about further actions of the Polish team in Dahab on the pages of our portal.
