The closer we get to the end of the year, the closer to many interesting events that fill the diving cucumber season, also known as the first quarter by non-divers. Today, we have a handful of information for those who are planning to go to Lodz, the next, already the fourth edition of the Wreck Festival. On the organiser’s website, we already have available the list of speakers, which we present below.

The 4th edition of the Wreck Festival will be held on Saturday, 16 February 2013 in the building of the Technical University of Lodz, 213 Wólczańska Street (the same place as last year)

We already know most of the speakers who will be speaking at the 4th edition of the festival:

Mario Weidner – pioneer of technical diving, discoverer and explorer of many wrecks, author of a book for all wreck diving enthusiasts “On the tracks of sunken treasures”, member of “The Explorers Club”.

Danijel Frka – underwater photographer and wreck diving expert who knows almost everything about Croatian wrecks.

Leigh Bishop – our friend who has so much new to say about wrecks that he visits the festival regularly, member of “The Explorers Club” website

Marcin Jamkowski – wreck diver, traveller, journalist, team leader of an international expedition to the Steuben shipwreck, member of “The Explorer Club”

Tomek Stachura – wreck diver with over 30 years of experience, explored most of the most famous Baltic wrecks, co-founder of Baltictech diving conference and founder of Santi Diving company.

Michał Kosut – PADI Platinum Course Director, one of the best Polish diving instructors.

Adam Wysoczański – wreck diver and photographer, technical diving instructor, participant in many international wreck expeditions.

Łukasz Piórewicz – wreck diver, technical diving instructor, organiser and member of many Baltic Sea wreck expeditions.

Marcin Trzciński – a diver and wreck photographer who is passionate about underwater photography and who has brought this passion to perfection.

Piotr Kardasz – wreck and cave diver specialising in underwater filming, member of many expeditions and wreck expeditions.

Sebastian Długi – technical diver specialising in side mount configuration, founder of the Trimix Project diving school and the Side Mount System diving club and centre.
