Many people do not realize that in addition to sport and technical diving, which are of course the most publicized and popular, there are also other branches of this extraordinary passion. Not infrequently, diving can be an interesting career path and does not necessarily have to do with being a divemaster or instructor.

You may have read in our pages more than once about underwater work, where professional divers perform a range of activities from cutting and welding to conducting inspections and extremely deep saturation dives. We have also occasionally written about mussel fishermen, divers cleaning up bodies of water at golf courses and many other “diving” professions.

At the beginning of the year, we posted an interview recorded with a diver from the National Fire Service, which generated a very positive response and great interest among our readers.
