Se7en – Poseidon’s new rebreather

Users of Poseidon MKVI rebreathers have for a long time been growing tension and impatience with further development of the device. They were waiting for an upgrade allowing to cross the 60m barrier and in the meantime… the manufacturer decided to present a completely new model – Se7en.

The electronics hiding under the name G7, according to the manufacturers, provides enormous possibilities of customisation by the user through various accessories and applications. All-new hardware combined with new software is expected to make the unit even better, more flexible and reliable, regardless of the type of diving performed.

“Seven” is a fully closed loop and fully automated eCCR type system. The whole thing is extremely small, handy, lightweight and easy to operate. The compact dimensions will be an undoubted advantage for those who frequently travel by air. Without the reb cylinder, it fits into the hand luggage of many airlines.

The versatility of the Poseidon Se7en makes the device suitable for those whose recreational limits are sufficient, as well as for those interested in diving to depths of 100m. With the right configuration, we can tailor the reba to our needs.

The only question that remains is what about those users who, supplied with the MKVI model, have been waiting for an upgrade to increase the depth limits? The company Poseidon now has quite a nut to crack. How to face up to this embarrassing situation and not lose the trust of its customers?
