A Swedish group of wreck explorers have discovered a strange round object at the bottom of the Baltic Sea. The find might not have caused such a sensation, if not for its deceptive resemblance to the spaceship known from the film “Star Wars” – the Millenium Falcon.

The explorers have been scouring the seabed with sonar, trying to locate further vessels that could be targets for their expedition and possible profits. The Ocean Explorers are unsure what to do next with their find, which some people have already started calling a crashed UFO.

The find was made in waters between Sweden and Finland. At a depth of 87m, rests a round object with a diameter of nearly 20m. As the discoverers themselves say – during their 18-year professional career as wreck hunters, they have seen various things, but they have never encountered anything like this before.

Sonar images show footprints about 300m long leading to the unusual find, leading to the conclusion that the object was moved. So far no one has undertaken further exploration of the alleged UFO. However, the explorers stress that they hope that the near future will allow them to find out more about the object.
