New automatic diver - Apeks Black Sapphire

For the last quarter of 2014, the well-known British diving equipment manufacturer – Apeks, has prepared a strong blow. Information about the new Apeks Sapphire Black diving automaton, which will soon appear on the market, is circulating the web with lightning speed.

“Black Sapphire” is a limited edition dive automaton, which was prepared by Apeks engineers to worthily celebrate the 40th anniversary of the company. We have to admit that from the visual side Sapphire Black makes quite an impression. If we add to this the well-established opinion on the technical side of Apeks automatons, we can be sure that those who manage to buy it will feel truly lucky.

The first stage has 5 ports as standard to allow the best possible distribution of hoses. The whole, as befits a limited series, is made very precisely and stylishly. In addition, the first stage has been covered with a special coating – Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD), to provide it with the best possible resistance to mechanical damage.

The second stage visually may or may not appeal to you, but it certainly won’t leave anyone indifferent. The lid of the can was made from a piece of anodised aircraft grade aluminium. The whole bears the machining marks made during production. Depending on our preferences, it is possible to reposition the interstage hose.

The Apeks Sapphire Black set is packaged in a reusable anniversary pack.
