The production Łowcy tajem nic Bałtyku is a continuation of the well-received series Tajemnice wreków Bałtyku. In the new series Tomasz Stachura and a group of Baltictech divers explore and research the history of subsequent wrecks from the Polish part of the Baltic Sea.
During the implementation of the individual sections Baltictech Group has found new and previously unknown information. This not only allowed for a more complete picture of the units in question and the fate of the crews, but also disclose the factswhich until now were unknown.
Such flavours will probably further encourage wreck diving enthusiasts to watch the Baltic Mystery Hunters series. On the other hand, it is such a unique production that true enthusiasts wreck diving need no additional persuasion.
The German vessel is an extremely interesting wreck and one of those which every diving enthusiast in the Baltic should get to know. The wreck of the tanker Terra measures 74.1 m in length and 11.1 m in width. In 1935 the ship set sail from the Nobiskrug shipyard in Rendsburg, and from 1939 it was embarked at the naval shipyard in Kiel. Later the tanker Terra found its way to Gdynia, where it functioned as an auxiliary tanker. In turn, from 1941 she was a tanker in the 27th U-boat flotilla. On 13 October 1944, she was sunk by the Soviet submarine Lembit.
