The new product from the Swiss manufacturer definitely stands out from its competition. The heart of the Luna 8-V CRI lamp is a LED diode emitting light with a colour temperature of 5000 degrees Kelvin, with the possibility of setting the light output in five positions from 15 to 65 watts. The lamp also has a built-in, replaceable lithium-ion battery that allows for 55 minutes of continuous light at maximum power. During diving and charging, the battery status is indicated by an eight-level display.

The whole set is enclosed in a less than 30cm aluminium casing and weighs just 1.1kg on the surface and 0.14kg in water.

Due to the lack of need for an additional battery canister, the Luna is certainly an interesting alternative to the lamps on the market to date.
