The operational depth is in the region of 4-5 metres. During previous dives, in the spring of this year, visibility at this site reached 8 metres! If we add such arguments as a beautiful littoral, countless crayfish and the location within 20 km from the centre of Warsaw, we obtain one of the most interesting diving sites in the capital area.

Currently, visibility near the shores is less than 1 metre, but the closer you get to the centre of the body of water, the better it is. In the “peak” it reaches even up to 3 metres. The conditions may not be as good as they were in the first warm months, but a good number of pike are sure to appear! The lake here has no thermocline, so the water temperature is above 20°C!

People willing to go to Zielonka meet on Saturday 3rd August at 14:00 at the car park at this place. This is also where decisions will be made about the details of the trip and its course.

On 22 September 2013, in the same location, the Exploring Podwarszawskie Nurkmowiska Group will be diving as part of the Clean the World 2013 action.
