Free legal protection for ASTD instructors

ASTD is the first diving organisation to provide its instructors and davemasters with a web address where every instructor and divemaster with active status will be able to get free legal advice related to their profession as an instructor/divemaster. The address was activated on 21.10.2016.

“The principle is simple. Describe the problem in a few sentences and send it to kancelaria.prawna@astd.com.pl. After recognising the case, our employees will contact you by phone or e-mail, indicating the most appropriate solution ,” says Adam Pawlik, head of ASTD Polska.

Legal advice will be provided by the professional law firm of advocate Adam Piątowski in Łódź.

Adam Piątowski is a technical and cave diver with many years of experience, who is well acquainted with legal issues when conducting training courses and organising a diving base. The regulations of providing advice can be found on the page www.astd.com.pl in the “Regulations offree legal advice” tab.
