Fourth edition of the Wreck Festival in Lodz

From the news that Piotr Wytykowski and Romek Zajder sent me, it seems that the date of the 4th edition of the Wreck Festival in Lodz has already been set. The event will be held on Saturday, 16 February 2013, in the building of the Technical University of Lodz, 213 Wólczańska Street (the same place as last year).

From what I found out from the guys, the festival programme will be very interesting and varied. The whole is to consist of 5 main presentations and as many as 12 workshop meetings. A certain novelty is also to be an “exchange” of diving equipment.

“The willing will be able to rent a place where they will have the opportunity to exhibit and sell their no longer used equipment. Each of us has one and does not really know what to do with it and how to get rid of it, this will be a great opportunity.”

Of course there will also be space for representatives of diving companies from all over the country. After the undoubted success of last year’s edition, and due to the limited space, companies interested in actively participating in this year’s edition shouldagree the details with the organisers as soon as possible.

Due to the expedition to Sierra Leone, which the event’s organisers have undertaken, the festival’s website will be updated with slight delays. Speaking of the expedition, the Polish team has received flag no. 160 from The Explores Club. You can find out more about it here.
