Rebreather XCCR is CE certified!

The XCCR Rebreater has officially received CE certification, announced the manufacturer of the popular units – iQ Sub Technologies. This is a big step forward for any manufacturer, confirming both the quality and reliability of the unit and its popularity among users, as well as its strong position in the market.

[blockquote style=”2″]”We are proud to announce that XCCR has just received CE certification. The entire certification process was carried out by notified body 0158 – DEKRA EXAM, in Germany. XCCR passed all tests according to EN 14143: 2013 with sufficient reserve, no design changes required, no objections and no restrictions.” – reads a statement from iQ Sub Technologies[/blockquote].

Obtaining CE certification for an XCCR rebreater does not change anything about the unit itself, but it does open up many new possibilities for the unit, as well as making sure that users who use it are guaranteed a certain specified quality.

You can read more about CE certification for closed circuits in Marcin Bramson’s article “CE for rebreathers. So what do I get out of it?”, in the 7th issue of DIVERS24 Magazine.
