During the Hydro Dynamic 2019 freediving competition held today in Austria, two representatives of our country achieved results, pretending to be the best in the world! If all procedures are fulfilled, Magdalena Solich-Talanda and Matusz Malina will add another world record to their achievements!

Magdalena Solich-Talanda, during her attempt in the DYN competition – dynamic swimming with fins, achieved a distance of 257 m, a result 14 m better than the current world record, which… our athlete set in 2018 in Belgrade.

Our champion Mateusz Malina did not disappoint either. He presented himself fantastically in DYN Bifins competition – dynamic swimming in double fins and with the result of 250 m he improved the current world record held by the Croatian Boris Milošić by 16 m.

The Hydro Dynamic competition returned to the freediving calendar after a 3 year break and gathered participants from 40 countries. The competition is held under the auspices of the AIDA.
