With the aim of raising awareness and protecting the oceans, Scubapro has long-standing partnerships with numerous organisations. Amongst them are Sharkproject, Ozeankind, Yaqu Pacha, WWF, Shark Angels, Charles Darwin Foundation, Dive Pirates, Endangered Wildlife Trust, H.S.A. – Handicapped Scuba Association of South Africa, National Marine Life Center, RGS Shoals of Capricorn and many more. All Scubapro partners can be found here.

Change of packaging of Scubapro products As Scubapro unveiled the first steps towards change in April 2021 the use of plastics for the production of packaging. So now, six months later, the manufacturer will take further initiatives.

In addition to the already existing plastic-free and recyclable packaging that has become an integral part of the new packaging concept, the company will change the existing packaging of all computers and measuring instruments to recycled packaging by November 2021.

Furthermore, Scubapro is not just focusing on one resource, but also plans to diversify the types of materials used for packaging. The market offers innovative materials, which is why the manufacturer will in future change all small and large spares bags to packaging made of innovative grass paper.

The material conserves valuable resources, helps save water and ensures a smaller carbon footprint. From now on, all Scubapro spare parts and small accessories will be supplied in this way. After use, they can be recycled together with the paper.
