If you don’t have diving plans for the fall, you should definitely consider attending the Diving Talks Portugal 2022 diving congress.
From October 7-9, divers from all over the world will come to the Tróia Peninsula in Portugal to participate in a fantastic event. Exploration, wrecks, caves, ecology, ocean research and a mass of diving equipment are just a fraction of the attractions the organizer has prepared.
Diving Talks Portugal 2022 is certainly drawing as one of the most important diving events of the year. There will be distinguished guests who will give a series of fantastic lectures. In addition, the organizers have announced extremely interesting discussions, an extensive trade show section and great diving in the Atlantic.
It’s certainly worth hurrying to book tickets, as the organizers expect about 500 guests to show up! Undoubtedly, the successful previous edition of the event has firmly built the reputation of Diving Talks, and this will be felt.
For those unable to attend in Potugalia, the event will be streamed online. The number of viewers from all over the world may exceed as many as 50,000, which shows how much interest the invited guests will generate.

Leading technical divers from around the world, explorers, discoverers and researchers will present their latest developments. Whatever it is about the underwater world that turns you on the most, you can be sure to find it at Tróia. Wrecks, caves, deep diving, scientific research, archaeology, ecology and many other topics will all be waiting at Dive Talks Portugal 2022.
What is undeniably of huge interest is the planned discussion on the future of teaching in diving.
Imagine representatives from PADI, SDI and SSI coming together to discuss the future of teaching in diving. It doesn’t take much to make an exciting, substantive and interesting debate about diving in such a group. At Diving Talks Portugal 2022, you won’t have to imagine anything! Mark Caney, Mark Powell and Jean Claude Monachona will sit down together at one table to address the topic.
