First exhibition of photographs by Irena Stangierska

Diving enthusiasts do not need to be introduced to who Irena Stangierska is and what she is famous for, although a lot could be written about her characteristic photographs. For years the diving world has been enraptured by them, and now the time has come for those who are not lucky enough to belong to the first group to have the opportunity to do so.

The Cultural Centre in Błonie invites you to an underwater photography exhibition entitled “The Colours of Silence”, presenting the works of Irena Stangierska. The opening will take place on Sunday, 8 October, at 4.30 p.m. Admission is free!

After many years of collecting experience, honing my skills and taking more great photos, it was finally time for my debut exhibition.

Until now, a wider audience could only admire Irena Stangierska’s characteristic photos in virtual editions or in the form of, for example, calendars. Now it’s time to share all her best with the world – not only the diving world.

Certainly, everyone who enters the Cultural Centre in Błonie this Sunday will not leave disappointed. Almost magical frames captured in the most diverse corners of the world will allow, at least in a small degree, to experience this journey with the author.
