The Atomic Scuba System is the first of its kind to heat the air you breathe while diving. The heating system increases the comfort level when diving in cold water, which means your body temperature stays high for longer and you can spend more time underwater.
The system can increase the temperature of the breathing mixture from -21°C to 1 ° C, so we are talking about a difference of as much as 22°C. Doug Toth invented this revolutionary system to heat the air coming out of the first stage of the automaton. After entering the coil system, the air is heated by the surrounding water and exits towards the second stage, serving the user a breath of warm air.
The LP hose connects to the first stage of the vending machine, and this goes into a small box that is neatly placed on the strap that wraps around the cylinder, thus ensuring a continuous flow.
The heating system will be available from Atomic Aquatics distributors from January 2019.
Price: $349 USD
