In 2007 the groundbreaking design of the SCUBAPRO Galileo dive computer changed diving forever. Galileo won numerous design awards – and won the hearts and minds of legions of fans with its incredibly simple menus, intuitive use and technology that made diving so much easier and more fun.

The G2 meets every expectation set for SCUBAPRO – and it comes in colour. The air-integrated G2 has the same menu structure, the same 3-button control system, the same diver-friendly features that earned the Galileo Sol/Luna its reputation as the most technologically advanced yet easiest to use dive computer available.

Every colour computer is different. Rather than introduce colour for colour’s sake, SCUBAPRO engineers have used colour to ensure the best possible readability and usability. Colour indicators that quickly draw your attention to what you need to know in the moment, combined with high contrast, user-selectable screen configurations and default colour settings make the G2 stand out from the crowd … at any depth.

SCUBAPRO offers the only dive computer in the world that takes into account heart rate, skin temperature, respiratory rate and water temperature in dive calculations. This ensures the most trustworthy and adequate calculations of zero time and decompression stops, even in the most demanding and extreme diving conditions. These patented features are only available on SCUBAPRO computers.

G2-complete

Despite being a feature-rich dive computer, the G2 is surprisingly easy to use. It offers a choice of several screen configurations that allow you to tailor the presentation of data to the diver’s needs and expectations. It allows effortless menu navigation via 3 clearly marked stainless steel buttons. Gives the option to rotate the screen 180 degrees to place the buttons at the top or bottom, according to individual preference. The intuitive digital compass is one of the best in the industry, and the large selection of languages and characters allows you to receive dive data in your native language.

The G2 is the most differentiated dive computer offering the greatest opportunity for customisation. From thoughtful construction and design details such as retractor mounts and bungee strap mounts, to easy-to-read screen setting types and personalised colour options, the G2 is literally tailor-made for you. Whether you just want to put the computer on and go diving, or carefully analyse your dive data, the G2 always goes where you go – open water, freediving, CCR diving or sidemount. Your dive profile is also unique – based on your breathing rate, calculated in real time, skin temperature and heart rate. As unique as you are.

With all the new features, ease of use, display options and the ability to choose how much technology is available, the G2 is well poised to become the favourite computer for divers of all skill levels, from beginner to technical. The G2 is prepared to accompany divers anywhere – open water, freediving, CCR and sidemount dives. The G2 will accompany new divers on an exciting journey from their first dive to wherever their passion for diving takes them.

Featuring state-of-the-art biometrics (in line with Human Factor Diving ™), the G2 has a slim, streamlined body and a stunning full colour TFT (Thin-Film Transistor) LCD screen. The sleek glass fibre reinforced thermoplastic housing provides high impact resistance and good UV resistance. The high-resolution TFT screen provides vivid colours and sharp digits that greatly enhance readability.

The same intuitive menu structure, simple 3-button operation, diver-friendly features that made using Galileo so easy. Allows a natural transition from Galileo to G2. All accessories are mutually compatible.

Full-Colour TFT (Thin-Film Transistor) 2.2in/5.6cm LCD display (320x240p). Vivid colours for maximum readability and immediate attention to relevant information.

TFT screen consumes less power. More efficient than other types of screen, it allows for longer battery life.

You see as much or as little as you want. Choosing a display configuration. Choose the display that best suits your needs by selecting the right option: Light, Classic, Full or Graphical.

Customise your menu lists. Use as many as you want and need from G2 technology. The choice is yours.

Language selection. Selects one of over 19 languages in which dive data can be provided.

Predictive Multi-Gas Algorithm ZHL-16 ADT MB. Uwatec’s advanced algorithm allows you to program up to 8 nitrox/trimix mixes, and handle any diving scenario from recreational to technical.

Integrated heart rate monitor (HRM). Measures heart rate and skin temperature. Both indications are included in effort calculations. The integration of HRM and skin temperature is exclusive to SCUBAPRO.

The Heart Rate Monitor also allows you to visually track your heart rate ‘in real time’ to ensure you stay within your individually defined ‘target zone’ to maximise safety and enjoyment when diving.

Wireless gas integration. Cylinder pressure monitoring plus calculation of actual remaining bottom time (RBT). Also allows air consumption to be included in decompression calculations. Supports up to 11 transmitters, with all functions activated.

Improved, full tilt digital compass. Best available. Wind rose (half) and direction memory.

Rechargeable battery. Provides up to 50 hours of diving on a single charge.

Huge 485MB memory. Storage of photos, tables, tissue saturation status and 1,000 hours of dive profiles.
