Santi’s research and development with its suppliers has developed a new solution to double the thickness of the 180g/m² insulation to 360g/m², while retaining its existing stretch and flexibility, which are key factors for comfort in diving. The Flex 360 insulation consists of three layers, a breathable insulating fibre and a soft polyester layer on the outside which provides windproofing.

Other materials used in the insulator include PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation, pressed fleece (double quilting, 300g/m2, multilayer) and 3D mesh spacers installed in the chest area.

Flex 360 jacket

The upper part of the warmer in the form of a fashionable jacket can be used as an independent product. The cut and quality of this product will make you stand out and emphasise your connection with your passion for diving.

PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation in the front and back of the jacket provides protection in the most extreme conditions. Microfibres trap heat close to the body while providing the highest level of breathability. Flex 360 suit

Made from Flex360 insulating materials (legs), 300g/m2 embossed fleece (back) and Flex180 filled with 3D spacer (front). This combination of materials ensures that the temperature is kept close to the body and cold external factors do not pose a risk of chilling.

The 3D mesh spacer panels create space in the front (abdomen and chest) which works as an air chamber, insulating the diver’s body from the lowest and coolest level during the dive. To wash the suit, remove the panels which are located behind the two splash-proof zips.
