After a few years break, the diving section known as Diving Town returns to the Wiatr i Woda trade fair with a bang. Both in the opinion of the organisers, as well as many people from the industry, our beloved diving could not be missing at Poland’s largest water sports trade fair!

The event will take place on 12-15 February 2015 and all diving enthusiasts are invited to visit the diving town today, which will be available to visitors of the Wind and Water Fair in Warsaw (MT Polska ul. Marsa 56). This will be a great opportunity to get acquainted with the latest offer of many brands, which are probably preparing for the upcoming season some hits.

According to the organisers: “Plenty of attractions, new equipment and training offers will be waiting for the lovers of the big blue and deep-sea adventures in the diving town. There will be no shortage of workshops, conferences, meetings with interesting people, all-day series of lectures and presentations. It will also be an opportunity to get acquainted with the extremely rich offer of diving companies from Poland and abroad and to plan a diving holiday in the place of your dreams.”

Among the many stands you will be able to see such novelties as the latest Apeks Black Sapphire breathing apparatus, the sensational new equipment of the Tribord brand, and there will also be a premiere of the Santi Flex190 Ladies First warmer.

Their stands will also have: Santi, Decathlon, Technika Podwodna, Tecline, Amonite, Halcyon, Fourth Element, Light For Me, Witek Smilowski School of Diving Instructors, SSI Scuba Schools International, SDI TDI, Narie Scuba Club dive base, Shop4Divers, IANTD, CMAS KDP Poland, Association of Diving History Enthusiasts/ Historical Diving Society – Poland and the Santi Odnaleźć Orła team.

Among the invited guests who will give lectures there will be many authorities from many fields. They will appear, among others : Dominik “Honzo” Graczyk – exploration of flooded caves, dr hab. Marcin Baranowski – physiology of diving while holding your breath, Andrzej Kruczkowski – the latest solutions in the field of rebreathers Megalodon and Pathfinder, Michał Kosut – PADI OWD 2.0 course – why it is worth changing diving courses, Cezary Abramowski – trimix diving +100m in a sidemount configuration.

Remember, these are just some of the attractions that await you. February 12-15 promises to be a true celebration of diving, the echoes of which will long reverberate throughout 2015.
