Wanted diver for feature film

The makers of the feature film ‘The Swarm’ are looking for someone to play the role of a diving understudy to one of the actors.

For some divers (unfortunately, according to the advertisement, only men) there is a chance to experience an interesting adventure. The producers of the full-length film “Swarm” are looking for a person in our community who would take on the burden of scenes shot in water and become an understudy to one of the actors.

While there are a few conditions that the ideal candidate should meet, they are certainly not so stringent that you won’t find a few divers who meet the requirements.

“THE FAME” is a gripping story about a family that does not find itself in the modern world, full of rush, pursuit and struggle for survival in the big-city “jungle”.

Mother (Roma Gąsiorowska) and Father (Eryk Lubos) make a radical decision to start a life “outside civilisation” together with their children. However, their attempt to create an ideal community from scratch turns out to be more extreme than they expected. – read on the film’s website

Thus, first of all, the age of the candidate sought was set at between 18 and 30. He or she should also have physical features consistent with the appearance of the actor being dubbed, i.e. blond or red curly hair, reaching more or less to the middle of the chin or possibly a little shorter. The potential understudy must also be quite tall and be about 180 cm tall.

In addition to the posture and appearance requirements, the candidate sought must swim and dive well and be in shape. All this is due to the fact that the stunt double will take part in scenes where he or she will be in the water without an aqualung, in plain clothes, so it will be a slightly more demanding session in the water than a weekend trip to the lake.
