British youtuber Joe Jenkins played his piano at the bottom of the sea and, he claims, is the first person to do so.
We have repeatedly said that divers are extremely creative people who have incredible imaginations and crazy ideas. Certainly the young youtuber Joe Jenkins is one such person. The British man became famous for playing the piano in various unusual places.
His list of unusual concert venues recently included Bottom of the Sea, where the Bristol-based pianist performed the song… Under The Sea. The well-known song comes from the iconic Disney animated film The Little Mermaid. Jenkins admitted that the whole undertaking was one of the most complicated in his life and took him two years to prepare.
The biggest challenge was to properly prepare the instrument so that it could play in such an unusual environment and not be damaged. Therefore, among other things, some of the wooden parts of the piano were replaced with plastic ones. Joe also made sure at all times that everything he planned to do underwater would be completely safe.
Past videos include performances of various songs in the middle of a river, flying in a balloon, while cruising on the bow of a ship, or songs by the band Queen played for the British Queen in front of Buckingham Palace.
